DescriptionSends a copy of the concluding cause of the Charter, stating that an individual can only withdraw his Fellowship by writing to the President. This will only be accepted if the annual contribution of £4 has already been paid. States this will also allow th Fellow to continue to received the Transactions journals due to him. Alternatively Clarke can refuse to pay the contribution and be struck off after 1 November as a defaulter.
