Discusses currents and how this inflences where the pumice has been observed. Hopes meteorological office will call upon ship Captains navigating the South Indian Ocean as logs are a valuable source of information. Collected a boat load of the pumice and observed it being used by various lifeforms as a habitat and feeding ground.
