DescriptionCommenting on the meteorological communications in London Times on 29 November 1883, an exceprt of which was featured in a Bombay newspaper, adding that the weather in Western India has been the opposite of what is expected, with the rain and cold seasons being the longest for the first time in 20 years. Adding that the exception has been the blue and green sun, accompanied with blood red skies, which have only recently begun to slowly wane.
