Refering to exceprts from Pranz's journal, she answers questions poised in relation to the authority used for splitting off the island off Anir[sic.] and the probability of whether his is the first experience of particles of floating dust. Discusses Pranz's sighting of floating pumice stone in the Indian Ocean as useful observation.
