Title'Air dispeller at Culvers Park': reports by Major C N Waterlow, Lieutenant F C H Sinclair and Commander Robert Marsland Groves

DescriptionOn the operation of Mr Maggiori's acetylene-fuelled air dispeller and an account of experiments on a balloon. The dispeller was intended to attack aircraft by creating vortex rings in the air using explosive charges. Transitory effects on cloud cover are noted. The report recommends testing against aircraft and aircraft models.
