DescriptionGives the procedure for granting exemptions to the ration on medical grounds -- notes that patients suffering from 'tubercle and diabetes' can have an extra ration of meat -- extra sugar or glucose for patients who have difficulty swallowing -- special milk rations for those requiring a milk diet such as 'cases of pneumonia, typhoid fever, acure abdominal conditions'.
