DescriptionSends the completed soya report -- notes that no time should be lost on the matter of [diet in] public schools, as 'the fact is that is is not possible to get an adequate supply of energy with this basal ration of bread or flour. The bread, meat and sugar yield only 1326 [calories] per person' -- makes other critiques of the present rations -- asks if the German prisoners' rations have been adjusted, as many are getting [more] than the ration amount.
