TitleLetter from Oswald Robinson [flour miller for the Wheat Commission] to the secretary of the Wheat Commission
Date23 May 1917
DescriptionSends Hardy some bread samples made with banana flour. Notes that the banana flour reduces the size of the loaf -- that the chips are easily ground and if 'absolutely necessary' the flour could be used for confectionery purposes such as cakes. Asks the secretary of the Wheat Commission to send the samples to William Hardy after inspection.
