TitleLetter from William B Hardy to Kenneth Anderson
Date13 December 1916
DescriptionHas met with the Milk Director of the Board of Trade, Sir Harold Stuart, who is going to come to a meeting of the Committee. Asks Anderson to recommend a replacement if meat is to be rationed -- thinks cheese is a good substitute. Hopes Anderson can come to discuss some shipping figures. Thinks he should have copies of the Food Report, as the government departments do not seem to be good at distributing them.
