Description | Has heard from Sir Clements Markham and he agrees with their view that the matter of the £76 bill should not be discussed at the next meeting of the Joint Antarctic Committee. He proposes to let the payment stand over until after the next meeting, held on Monday week. A resolution will be put on the agenda, giving Kempe full power to pay all expenses incurred by the Executive Committee while carrying out the work entrusted to them by the Joint Committee |
