DescriptionEnclosing a list of monthly sums due to the officers and civilians involved in the National Antarctic Expedition, as agreed by the Executive Committee. According to the Finance Committee, these amounts will be paid regularly from January, but outstanding payments from the end of December should be paid as before. Checques for these payments have been forwarded by the Secretary [Cyril Longhurst] to Kempe for him to sign. Scott will provide a statement at the next Finance Committee meeting showing these figures match the preliminary estimate of £4,000. Hopes the committee will agree to authorise the bankers to pay the monthly sums in future. With a list of payments attached, showing amounts due to R F Scott, J W Gregory, A B Armitage, R Koettlitz, Charles Royds, E A Wilson, T V Hodgson, G C Simpson, R Skelton and E Bate.
