Foster leaves for Paris on Sunday or Monday, so if the meeting cannot be held this week it will need to be delayed until Foster or [Arthur] Rucker returns. Rucker is currently in Florence. [Francis Alexander] Towle will be at the Royal Society from Tuesday and 'can do all we want'.
