DescriptionDental certificate issued by the Dental Hospital of London, Leicester Square, W.C.
C G Ridett had examined the mouth of Mr Shackleton and finds that although some of his teeth are missing, he possesses enough to afford him a good masticating surface. Moreover the remaining teeth have been put into good condition and properly filled. Ridett therefore considers that Shackleton's mouth is in an efficient condition for mastication.

Dental certificate issued by G Dalton of 17 Devonshire Street Keighly
States on 22 July 1901 he had examined the mouth of Mr Shackleton, finding severla teeth absent, while others required filling, which he has done; and now considers his mouth in an efficient condition for mastication.
