States the Dundee Ship Builders require to have two letters written to them; one in reply to their letter of 28 February commenting on the Report of the Carpenter of the "Discovery", the other to make them pay their share of Messrs Bullivant's bill. He has written drafts for these two letters, to which he has attached the papers necessary for forming a judgement on them. He hopes Chalmers will look them through before the next Committee and send them on to Mr Kempe.
