DescriptionBefore accepting Larmor's refusal to act on the syndicate, he ought to mention that three distinguished members have consented to serve, reserving the right to vote against the appointment of a syndicate on the grounds that it is uncalled for. He asks for one more telegram from Larmor to say whether his name might be entered in the Reporter. He lists three names: Professor Browne, Professor Jebb, and Mr. Neil.
