DescriptionHe was vexed to read in The Times that Larmor was to second Parsons. He does not know how it leaked to the Press. A dozen people knew it but understood it was to be confidential. Ball is sorry that Larmor will not second Parsons, because it will now fall to him. He hopes that Larmor will come and give his support.
