Explains the details of the gas works and materials to be installed. All the materials included and work completed 'in the very best manner' will cost £346 (although this estimate could be reduced by the use of less expensive brass work). Leslie's offices are for sanitary and economic combustion of gas, and for economy of fuel with ventilation.
