Consents Perry to carry on works referring to items 7, 8, 9, 17, and 18, but says any extras have not been sanctioned by the First Commissioner. Can only give orders for the extra works if the Royal Society understands it will have to pay their cost. Informs the works shall be done at once if he hears from Spottiswoode.
