TitleLetter from G A Michaelis, University of Aberdeen, to [Henry Bowman] Brady
Date3 March 1888
DescriptionHas the great pleasure of telling Brady that the University of Aberdeen, upon his [Michaelis's] proposal, conferred upon Brady an honorary Law degree. Believes that in making Brady a doctor of Law, the University has honoured itself at least as much as it has honoured Brady. Feels a great pleasure to have been in a way instrumental in the giving of an honour so throughly well deserved. Adds in a postscript that the diploma will be sent in due course, but that in the meantime Brady can employ the title as much as he likes.
