DescriptionHe now has his books in nice order, with the help of Sir Hans Sloane’s bookbinder. His house is clean and scoured, and fit to receive company. He invites Folkes to visit or to have dinner if he should come that way. Bacon would be glad to see him and wishes to consult him. He asks to be alerted a day beforehand.
