DescriptionChatfield is glad that Boys is progresssing as well as can be expected. He has told the Institution's Council of Boys's illness and they asked to convey their sympathy for a speedy recovery. The meeting went quite well and the resolution was passed with two dissenters. Chatfield relays various other news from the Institution of Naval Architects. He goes to Bideford for a few days and asks Boys not to worry about his Presidential Address, [Charles Swift] Lillicrap will do all he can.
