Title'Science and its martyrs: Pioneers' need of protection', a letter from Dr. Robert Knox to the editor of 'The Times'

DescriptionA newspaepr cut out in which Knox writes of the dangers of radiographic work and exposure to radiaitions, citing the death of Dr. Ironside Bruce as an example. Announces the creation of a Committee, made of members of the radiological societies, whose purpose is to investigate and report on the methods of protection against these dangers. Also highlights the need of further research in the field, and calls for donations to the recently established James Mackenzie Davidson Memorial Fund in order to support this.
