DescriptionIn reference to the assistance of one of Her Majesty's ships promised to the projected Eclipse Expedition, the number of observers will be seven and it may be desirable to add an eighth. Gives instructions for the ship to meet the observers in Barbados on 12 August rather than Grenada as previously suggested.
