DescriptionSends the enclosed letter from the London and Lancashire Fire Insurance Company relative to number three, Wharton Terrace, one of the properties for which the Messrs have been collecting ground rent. Rix has not yet received from the Messrs the particulars necessary to enable him to collect the ground rent up to midsummer.
