TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Messrs Drake & Gorham
Date25 July 1887
DescriptionMr Evans, Treasurer, is inclined to think that some part of the expense of covering the wires and suspending drops comes within the Messrs contract and should not be charged for separately by Mr Ruddle. It is a necessary part of the permanent installation. Rix wonders if the Messrs agree with Evans.
