DescriptionRix asks where matters now stand with the paper which he was instructed to send back to Tomlinson last January titled 'On the effect of magnetisation on the elasticity &c' [for the Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society]. Rix wonders if he is to expect a revision and if so when. Also asks when he can have back the manuscript of 'number 91', lent to Tomlinson on 17 September for revision.
