DescriptionThe Messrs estimate of the 11 October [1887] for reproducing Dr Mackay's plates has been sent to the Royal Society. The Secretaries accept the estimate provided it includes supplying plate paper for the 1000 copies. The plate paper must be that of the Royal Society and he sends a specimen herewith [not attached].
