DescriptionWhite encloses two estimates from Collings for [Charles] Davison's map for 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' and [Edwin H] Barton's 'Proceedings' figures. Also encloses the Falmouth magnetical observations in ship proof with a letter from Professor [Arthur William] Rucker and Rucker's suggested explanatory footnote. Dr [Michael] Foster has seen these and approves, and directs White to submit all these to Strutt for approval. [No enclosures].
