TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Victor Alexander Horsley, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date12 October 1894
DescriptionOn 2 October 1893 Horsley borrowed 'Poggendorff' Bande 80 and 95. Fellows are only entitled to borrow books for one month, after which they must return them on demand. The Society has sent two printed demand notes for the return of these volumes and as Horsley has retained them for more than a year, it becomes Rix's duty to report them to the Officers at the next meeting on the 25th. Rix hopes Horsley will be able to return the works before that date.
