DescriptionAndreeff's letter of June last being incorrectly addressed went astray. Rix is instructed to return herewith the treatise on the 'Imponderability of Matter and General Description of the Universe'. By the statutes of the Royal Society no paper can be read at its meetings which does not come recommended by a Fellow of the Society.
