DescriptionBall's note of the 9th accompanying a paper which Mr Hough desires to read before the Royal Society and which as Ball's note says, he sends 'herewith', has been received by the Secretaries. The terms of Ball's note oblige the secretaries to call Ball's attention to a particular statute. Rix assumes Ball wishes to communicate Mr Hough's paper and asks for assurance to this affect.
