DescriptionDr [Michael] Foster instructs Rix to send the enclosed report of his speech at the Argon meeting with the request that Armstrong revise it for possible publication by the Society. The Council has not yet decided what to do with the report of the meeting. Possibly Armstrong has already revised it for publication in the 'Chemical News'.
