TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Frederick Victor Dickins, London University, Burlington Gardens
Date15 March 1895
DescriptionThe lady who called upon Dickins was Miss Chambers, the head of the Society's Cataloguing Department, but she does not seem to have given Dickins very full information. The Society wishes for a lady who can correct the work of subordinates. Mr Luxmoore has the misfortune of being a gentleman and is therefore not eligible for the post.
