DescriptionThe Royal Society removed to Burlington House in 1856. Mr Weld resigned the assistant secretaryship in April 1861. If Hux is sure that Lord Tennyson visited Burlington House, his visits must have been between those two dates. This is all the Society can tell Hux in answer to his enquiry.
