DescriptionWith reference to Rix's note informing the Society that His Royal Highness the Duke of Saxe-Cobourg will be present at the Society's meeting on 13th June for admission into the Society, Rix writes to explain that a formal business meeting will take place at four o'clock and that the ordinary meeting for the reading of papers at which admissions takes place will follow at 4.30. HRH's admission will of course be the first item on the agenda at this latter meeting and the meeting will not begin until HRH arrives. Rix is instructed to inclose herewith a list of the papers to be read on the afternoon [not attached], asks to know if HRH will stay frtrhe reading of any of the papers.
