Title | Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to G T Gwilliam, 23 Borough Street, Brighton |
Date | 19 June 1895 |
Description | The botanical specimens Gwilliam mentions were not any definite specimens to be immediately figured. Dr [Dukinfield Henry] Scott is a prolific worker and is constantly having drawings made. Rix has little double that sooner or later Scott will be able to give Gwilliam some work to do.
Gwilliam might give Mr Keltie another reminder.
Gwilliam's drawings for the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]' have come to hand and look very well. Gwilliam's name is mentioned in the paper and Rix hopes this will give him a 'lift'. |
