DescriptionThe President and Council have granted leave to the Reverend H J Carter to have a copy made of the portrait of Martin Folkes in the Society's possession. Asks if Hughes will inform Mr Carter of his decision and explain that if the artist will call any day but Saturday between eleven and four, Rix shall be pleased to give him every facility in his work.
