The Society is strictly forbidden from making any suggestion as to the re-suspension of any certificates and Rix refers Galton to statue chapter one, section XII. Encloses a certificate form [not attached]. Thanks Galton for his offered exhibit and thinks Galton may assume that the Secretaries will accept with pleasure. |
