DescriptionNo certificate is or has been valid for more than the single election for which it is put up, unless one of the signers wishes it resuspended. The Society is strictly forbidden from making any suggestion as to the re-suspension of any certificates and Rix refers Galton to statue chapter one, section XII. Encloses a certificate form [not attached]. Thanks Galton for his offered exhibit and thinks Galton may assume that the Secretaries will accept with pleasure.
