DescriptionWith reference to Rix's letter of the 26th June inclosing a communication from the clerk of the Public Health Acts Committee at Louth, Rix now forwards a letter relating to the same matter from Mr E J Howard, their tenant at Mablethorpe, covering another letter from Mr Porter Wilson, Clerk to the District Council, about the same matter [no enclosures].

The Treasurer, Sir John Evans, is currently on vacation and Rix must leave the Messrs to act upon the best of their judgement and make an appropriate reply to Mr Howard as soon as is possible.
