DescriptionWith reference to the card received this morning it is Rix's duty to inform the Private Secretary that no relaxation is ever made in the statues and it is inevitable that Mr Bryce's name should be removed from the List of Fellows unless payment is made on his behalf by some friend before or on the first day of November.
