DescriptionThe President and Council have awarded Ramsay the Davy Medal for his share in the discover of Argon and for his discoveries regarding the gaseous constituents of terrestrial minerals. It is hoped Ramsay may be able to attend the Anniversary Meeting of the Society on 30th November to receive the medal in person.
