I am now ready for the new letter which is to accompany the translations of Lord Salisbury's communication. Dr Hugo Muller has almost entirely re-written the German letter, and the Italian Ambassador has quite re-written the Italian version. I suppose I am right in setting up these new versions in preference to using Dr Mond's?
