| Description | Rix has been instructed to inform Harrison that, at the last meeting of Council it was resolved in accordance with Statute chapter X, section 2 "That Mr Harrison, the newly elected Assistant Secretary, be required to provide security to the amount of £1000".
He asks that when the time approaches for Harrison to take office, that he communicate with Rix or the Treasurer, Sir John Evans, to let them know the name of his surety. This will allow the Royal Society to draw up the necessary bond. |
