I have the pleasure to inform you that your letter and estimates respecting the renovation of your apartments were laid before the President and Council at their recent meeting and the following Minute was thereupon recorded: -
"The Treasurer was authorised to spend a sum not exceeding
"200 upon alterations and repairs in the apartments
"Of the Assistant Secretary."
