DescriptionRegarding Mablethorpe, with reference to the Messrs letter to Mr Rix of 27th March and 4 May, the Society has not yet heard from Mr Howard whether he has fulfilled the covenants of his lease as desired. Harrison will communicate with the Messrs as soon as they hear from Howard.

In the meantime Harrison is instructed by the Treasurer [John Evans] to ask that the Messrs prepare the necessary agreements for the new tenants.
