Date10 August 1896
DescriptionIn the absence of the Assistant Secretary, [Robert Harrison] James returns Schafer's draft minutes of the Physiology Committee. As to [Francis] Gotch & [George James] Burch, Schafer will remember suggesting a reduction in the number of plates. The authors consent to reduce the plates from six to three. James has obtained a revised estimate and the cost will now be £14-10 as against £27-10. Dr [Michael] Foster says they may now go forward with the publication.
