DescriptionIn reply to Murray's note of the 26th September, Murray has been able to trace the election of Mr Thomas Tooke, which took place on 22 March 1821 and was followed by his admission on 29th of the same month. Harrison has no way of distinguishing the name of his proposer from his certificate but the first signatory of his certificate is Thomas Young and William Tooke is also a signatory.
