DescriptionHarrison has just had a telegram from Dr [Michael] Foster regretting that he will not be in town tomorrow in time to see Wallace and recommending that Wallace see the President, Sir Joseph Lister, who is taking a very active part in the Tsetse Fly and Rinderpest enquiry.

Wonders if Wallace can call at the President's house and provides his address.
