DescriptionThe accompanying notice was posted to Elgar a week ago to Inverness Terrace, the only address they had for Elgar. and it has only been returned to the Society this morning. Trusts the delay in receiving the notification will not have caused Elgar any inconvenience and can see no excuse for the Post Office having delayed the letter so long.
