TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Professor Edward Albert Schafer, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date7 January 1897
DescriptionHarrison states that the following Thursday would ordinarily be the day for the meeting of Schafer's Sectional Committee, but due to recent difficulties in finalising a meeting and the fact that the Council meeting will not be held until the 28 January, he suggests postponing it. This will allow Harrison time, if Schafer agrees with Michael Foster's suggestion, to discuss likely dates for the committee with its members.

Harrison apologises for the delay in responding, which he attributes to his attention being distracted by the death of his father.
